This week's updates span two deployment trains, and the headline is Occupancy Tracking, now built natively into Rentvine. Per-lease occupancy windows are recorded automatically, with new Lease report columns and filters, a monthly Vacancy/Occupancy report, and a Unit Occupancy History timeline that gives you a clear record over time. Closing a lease now requires a Closed Date (it defaults to today), so that history stays accurate going forward.
Leasing teams also get a new Prospects location filter, with a "Near" filter and property or unit Prospects tabs, so you can find and view prospects tied to a specific location without digging. Maintenance operations get a visual refresh too, with an updated Maintenance Portal navigation and layout, and project bid PDFs are now available to every customer.
On the reliability side, we restored the 10-day Bank Sync auto-match window, so money-out payouts that clear a few days late go back to matching automatically instead of requiring manual review. A handful of work order, screening, and portal fixes round out the release. Here's everything that shipped:

- Fixed the work order number not displaying in the internal technician portal on mobile.
- Fixed the rental history Edit button appearing before an applicant granted landlord-verification consent.
- Fixed a Portfolio Statements breadcrumb returning a 404.
As always, these updates come from feedback and needs you've shared with us. If you have thoughts on what would make Rentvine work better for your team, we're listening.
