Rentvine refresh arrives + Owner CRM enters beta
This release marks a major milestone for Rentvine — delivering our most significant visual update ever, while bringing the long-awaited Owner CRM into beta. Alongside these headline features, we’ve also rolled out meaningful improvements across workflows, financial accuracy, and day-to-day usability.

Rentvine refresh
The Rentvine experience has been completely reimagined.
This release introduces the largest visual overhaul in Rentvine’s history, with a redesigned application shell built to improve clarity, speed, and focus. You’ll notice a refreshed side navigation for easier access to core workflows, an updated top bar with improved organization, and a new compact layout designed for productivity.
And for those who prefer a darker interface, Rentvine Dark Mode is now available in beta.
This is a foundational step in the broader Rentvine Refresh initiative — with more enhancements to come.
Owner CRM reaches beta
After months of development, the Owner CRM workflow is now in beta, introducing a full lifecycle solution for owner onboarding and engagement.
Property managers can now offer owners a pre-qualification form directly through the owner portal, invite new leads manually with automated email delivery, provide co-owner dashboard visibility, and auto-generate documents upon pre-qualification submission.
We’ve also expanded flexibility and structure throughout the experience. The form builder now supports conditional required fields, teams can pull standard field answers by category, and updated object definitions are now available for beta clients. Portfolio detail views and RentSign document logic improvements round out the owner experience.
This beta represents a major step toward a more connected owner experience within Rentvine.
Enhancements
- Application templates now include an occupant age validation setting, giving property managers control over applicant age requirements.
- CRS Account Details now displays an expanded tradeline view, showing more credit history detail at a glance.
- Tenant SMS notifications now include a direct Work Order link, making it easier for tenants to track maintenance progress.
- Work Order files now label assigned workers as “Technician” instead of “Vendor” for greater clarity.
- Project list filters now persist between sessions so managers don’t have to reapply them each time.
- Owner portal portfolio details view is now available through the CRM owner portal experience.
- RentSign document logic has been updated for more reliable document delivery and signing workflows.
- A documents unsigned warning modal now appears before submission to help prevent accidental incomplete signings.
