This release focuses on three areas: tightening security around sensitive financial actions, improving the signing experience in RentSign, and giving teams better visibility into owner leads and Rent Finder usage. It also includes hotfixes delivered between the 05.27.2026 and 06.03.2026 Weekly Release Trains.
Step-Up MFA for ACH Payouts and Portal Invitations
Certain actions — like initiating ACH payouts or sending portal invitations — carry more risk if access is ever compromised. Step-up MFA adds a second verification prompt at the moment those actions are taken, separate from your standard login. This means even if a session is active, sensitive operations require explicit re-confirmation. Portfolio override payout settings are also now gated behind the Contacts/Manage Payment Info permission, giving admins cleaner control over who can change those settings.
Owner Leads: Lead Source Tracking and Rent Finder Reporting
Lead source is now visible on the owner leads table and lead profile view, so your team can see where leads are coming from without digging into each record individually. We've also added reporting for Rent Finder usage and charges, and access to the Rent Finder subscription ($0.50 per unit) — giving teams the data they need to track adoption and cost alongside their other owner lead activity.
