What's New: Multi-Estimate Sharing, Mobile Custom Fields, and Work Order Fixes
This release adds multi-estimate sharing on work orders so owners can compare options before approving, brings Custom Fields editing to the mobile app, and expands prospect filtering for better pipeline visibility. It also includes a hotfix delivered between the 06.03.2026 and 06.10.2026 Weekly Release Trains.
Work Orders: Share Multiple Estimates with Owners
Previously, work orders only supported sharing a single estimate with an owner. Now you can share multiple estimates at once, giving owners the information they need to compare options and make an informed decision before approving work. This reduces the back-and-forth when multiple vendors or scopes are in play.
Mobile App: Custom Fields Editing on Lease Details
Custom Fields on lease details were made viewable in the mobile app in the last release. This release adds editing — so managers in the field can now update custom data directly from their device without needing to return to a desktop. The HOA screen also received a small improvement: it now shows a proper empty state when no HOA data is present, rather than a blank screen.

- Fixed SSN hide/unhide functionality in the mobile Property App.
- Fixed an issue with income verification not processing correctly on joint applications.
- Fixed RentSign owner address fields to include city, state, zip, and country — previously only the street address was pulled.
- Fixed maintenance technician name not appearing in work order email notifications despite being assigned and accepted.
- Fixed an issue where vendors could not accept Work Orders after being switched from internal to external assignment.
