Some exciting news I wanted you to hear directly from me.

Nat Kunes has joined Rentvine as our CEO, and he's going to lead us into our next chapter of AI-powered leadership. Many of you may already know him. He's a product and business leader with a career built in property management software, and he's spent the past six months working closely with Rentvine as an advisor. He knows this industry cold, and he's excited about where we're taking the platform next.

I want to be direct about how this came together, because it's a bit unusual: I initiated it. We weren't running a CEO search, and no one was looking to replace me. The more time we spent with Nat, the clearer it became. Someone with his combination of property management experience, track record scaling companies, and alignment with our culture doesn't come along often. Jon and I agreed the perfect role for him was to lead us as CEO.

I want to make it clear that I'm not going anywhere. I'm staying on as an active member of the leadership team and board. What changes for you today: nothing. Same team, same people you call, same support you count on. Our commitment to your business is exactly where it was yesterday. Having Nat, our co-founder Jon Ewen, and me all driving the business forward means we can move faster without losing what makes Rentvine special.

And you'll still find me on the road and at the shows. If anything, you'll see more of me, not less.

I've spent eight years building this company for property managers like you, and the single best thing I can do for you now is make sure the strongest possible leader is running it. That's what this is. One more superstar on your team.

We’re not sure which name came first, but we’re pretty sure Dave could tell you), US Army Chinook helicopter pilot and Founder of what is now the leading website in the country for advertising long term residential rentals, it stands to reason why Dave has a place at the PMW kitchen table: his appetite for success. And, well, because he keeps us laughing.

As our resident funny-man (possibly self-proclaimed), his booming voice can be heard spreading the PMW gospel to anyone who’ll listen. And, frankly, even those who have no interest in property management. (Don’t they teach “Inside Voice” at America’s oldest military academy?)

But his high-decibel, funny ways become awfully serious when it comes to staying one step ahead for the good of our customers; because Dave has been there. As a second-generation property manager from Colorado Springs, CO, he knows the struggles that property managers go through and painstakingly dissects every step of their process to come up with ways to ease their burden.

As former CEO & President of RentClicks (which went on to become Rentals.com), he strategically positioned their business to become NARPM’s first official partner and was awarded NARPM’s National Affiliate of the Year three times.

When he’s not devouring industry information at our kitchen table, you might find him bellying up to a plate of wings while watching his beloved (understatement) Broncos, flipping channels in search of a historical documentary, searching out a tennis match or preaching the ways of the world to his pre-teen sons, Andrew and Brady.
