This is a full-time remote role for a Product Manager at Rentvine. Candidates willing to spend some time in Estero, FL will be preferred.

Minimum Requirements
7+ Years experience in leading software development teams through the software development lifecycle, where you were responsible for administering a development backlog as a scrum master, product owner, or product manager.
Proven experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar role within SaaS, B2B software, or property management solutions.
The Ideal Candidate
Knows when to apply the appropriate agile or product development best practices based on the context and needs of the team or project - and can facilitate team meetings and scrum ceremonies with a high degree of comfort.
Has prior experience conducting new product discovery efforts with users and stakeholders alongside design and UX teams before distilling your findings into proposed approaches to executive leadership.
Applies an agile approach to breaking down high level solutions and technical concepts into an actionable backlog of work for a software development team - and can apply project management practices to estimating and forecasting delivery timelines via product roadmaps.
Possesses strong business acumen to ensure that value and business viability are front and center when we solution and prioritize initiatives aimed at driving both customer and business value. Adept at then navigating product/feature tradeoff discussions with interdependent product, marketing, sales, and business teams to arrive at a solution.
Can coordinate feature roadmap reviews and release planning in support of marketing and sales team efforts. Has experience establishing product and/or feature KPIs before tracking product health and adoption through customer feedback channels as well as data analytics tools (e.g., Pendo, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)

While not required, candidates with experience working within the property management industry - notably those previous experience in software platforms used by property managers use to address real estate management, tenant communications, maintenance tracking, leasing, and accounting will be preferred.
