Owner CRM and lease renewal updates for property managers

This release delivers meaningful improvements across owner CRM, lease renewals, and reporting.

Teams expanded the Owner CRM onboarding workflow with richer default forms, PDF document attachment, stage-change email notifications, and multi-select field support — bringing the pipeline closer to GA.

Lease Renewals gets a new filter carryover setting, clearer tenant-facing copy, and several month-to-month display fixes. A new Lease Recurring Payments report gives managers full visibility into tenant autopay setups across a portfolio.

It also includes hotfixes delivered between the 04.29.2026 and 05.06.2026 Weekly Release Trains.

Enhancements

  • Added a Lease Recurring Payments report surfacing tenant autopay schedules, payment types, and amounts across the portfolio.
  • Added a setting to control whether Lease Renewal workflow filters carry over between renewal stages, allowing each PMC to choose the behavior that fits their team.
  • Improved the Tenant Renewal Portal with clearer copy that signals interest rather than completion, preventing confusion before the RentSign step.
  • Added the ability to open Global Search results in a new tab for faster multi-item workflows.
  • Added a light color option for the Side Navigation panel, available when Dark Mode is not enabled.
  • Added multi-select field support to Owner CRM pre-qualification and onboarding forms.
  • Added an Owner Lead email template type for use when archiving leads.
  • Added automatic email notifications to assigned agents when an Owner Lead changes stages or is assigned to them.
  • Added a warning modal to the Owner CRM onboarding flow when required documents are unsigned or owner/property details are incomplete.
  • Added PDF form generation to the Owner CRM onboarding workflow, automatically attaching owner and property onboarding forms on completion.
  • Expanded default Owner Onboarding property forms with additional standard fields including property type, unit details, and year built.
  • Added an in-app toggle in Settings → Maintenance → AI Agents to enable or disable Fixie (free tier).
  • Added the ability to upload photos directly from the Work Order detail screen on mobile.

Fixes

  • Fixed Owner Statements showing a "Select One Portfolio" prompt for users with only a single portfolio.
  • Fixed zero-balance deposits being incorrectly included during Property Ownership Transfers.
  • Fixed the Move-Out Statement regeneration including non-move-out refunds in the statement total.
  • Fixed Global Search navigation links that were routing to non-existent pages.
  • Fixed the Reconciliation date range validation that was incorrectly blocking valid statement periods.
  • Fixed the add property/owner action in Owner CRM not directing users to the pre-qualification form correctly.
  • Fixed the delete button not appearing when removing a property in the Owner CRM pre-qualification form.
  • Fixed a double-submit error on the Owner CRM pre-qualification form.
  • Fixed the Owner Leads Over Time chart showing gaps and inconsistent date ranges.
  • Fixed properties and co-owners not appearing in the read-only view of the Owner CRM pre-qualification form.
  • Fixed internal maintenance tech Work Order search not returning open work orders.
  • Fixed an inability to copy messages in the Work Order chat tab.
  • Fixed work order attachments defaulting to shared with tenant when they should not be.
  • Fixed the work order number displayed in the Maintenance Portal header and filter being inaccurate.
  • Fixed Markups & Discounts fields displaying unreadable black text in Dark Mode.
  • Fixed the accepted renewal offer sometimes not appearing on completed Lease Renewals.
  • Fixed month-to-month term display showing "null Months" or "0 Months" in the Tenant Renewal Portal and manager app.
  • Fixed the Leases Report not saving applied filters between sessions.
