This release delivers meaningful improvements across owner CRM, lease renewals, and reporting.
Teams expanded the Owner CRM onboarding workflow with richer default forms, PDF document attachment, stage-change email notifications, and multi-select field support — bringing the pipeline closer to GA.
Lease Renewals gets a new filter carryover setting, clearer tenant-facing copy, and several month-to-month display fixes. A new Lease Recurring Payments report gives managers full visibility into tenant autopay setups across a portfolio.
It also includes hotfixes delivered between the 04.29.2026 and 05.06.2026 Weekly Release Trains.

- Expanded default Owner Onboarding property forms with additional standard fields including property type, unit details, and year built.
- Added an in-app toggle in Settings → Maintenance → AI Agents to enable or disable Fixie (free tier).
- Added the ability to upload photos directly from the Work Order detail screen on mobile.

- Fixed Owner Statements showing a "Select One Portfolio" prompt for users with only a single portfolio.
- Fixed zero-balance deposits being incorrectly included during Property Ownership Transfers.
- Fixed the Move-Out Statement regeneration including non-move-out refunds in the statement total.
- Fixed Global Search navigation links that were routing to non-existent pages.
