What we cooked up live
- A handful of recipes, straight from our MCP Cookbook. We ran a few of these prompts live, showing exactly what it looks like to ask Claude things like "what's overdue this week" or "flag any duplicate work orders," and get an answer pulled from your actual account, in seconds.
- Then Todd built an entire dashboard, from scratch, live. No dev team or spreadsheet exports. Just a conversation with AI that turned into a working operating dashboard, built on the spot.
Where AI already lives inside Rentvine
Nathan walked through AI, APIs, and the Rentvine MCP, plus a few things landing in the platform right now:
- AI reconciliation and Match Assist, which automatically matches bank transactions to your ledger so your team reviews and confirms instead of hunting line by line.
- Fixie, our maintenance agent, that talks to residents, asks the right follow-up questions, and turns "the sink is broken" into a dispatch-ready work order.
- MCP and other AI tools, woven into the platform itself instead of bolted on after the fact, so AI reads your live account data instead of an export.
