We’re seeking a strategic, customer-obsessed Marketing Growth Manager to lead the development of impactful, multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. This role is responsible for crafting compelling growth strategies, developing audience-centric messaging, and leading cross-functional collaboration to bring high-performing campaigns to life.

Core Responsibilities:
Develop and own integrated growth campaign strategies that align with business objectives, target key market segments, and guide prospects through the full funnel.
Define messaging frameworks tailored to different audience personas and lifecycle stages, ensuring clear, compelling communication across all campaign channels.
Lead content planning across the funnel and customer journey, including blogs, whitepapers, webinars, case studies, and landing pages, in collaboration with creative and content teams.
Establish campaign themes and narratives that align with product positioning, business goals, and customer pain points.
Collaborate with events, content, and brand teams to ensure strategic alignment and consistency in tone, messaging, and campaign priorities.
Design and guide multi-channel campaign blueprints, outlining channel mix, sequencing, and key engagement points without managing daily execution.
Monitor campaign and content performance data at a strategic level, evaluating impact against goals and refining messaging or campaign direction accordingly.
Lead strategic brainstorms and campaign planning sessions, guiding teams toward innovative, customer-centric ideas that differentiate the brand and accelerate growth.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in strategic marketing, growth marketing, or campaign planning, ideally within a content-driven or B2B environment.
Strong storytelling and messaging instincts, with the ability to translate abstract ideas into clear, audience-relevant campaigns.
Comfortable driving large-scale, multi-channel campaign strategy—while also rolling up your sleeves to manage details, assets, and timelines.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with content, creative, and product marketing teams to bring campaigns to life.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously without losing sight of strategic goals.
Clear, confident communicator who can align stakeholders around a shared vision.
Familiarity with modern marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, CMS systems, project management tools like Monday.com).
