About the role

We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. This person will be responsible for owning Rentvine’s email marketing channel within HubSpot, developing and executing campaigns that nurture prospects, engage customers, and support revenue growth.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Demand Generation and Growth Marketing teams to craft high-performing email strategies that drive leads through the funnel, re-engage inactive audiences, and enhance customer retention. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on both creativity and performance — understanding how great messaging and smart automation work together to generate results.

What you'll do

  • Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns in HubSpot, including newsletters, drip campaigns, nurture sequences, and automated workflows. We want to see examples of your excellent work.
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation to align campaigns with inbound lead strategies, event promotions, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with Growth Marketing to test and refine audience segmentation, messaging, and timing to maximize engagement and conversions.
  • Manage and continuously optimize HubSpot email workflows, contact lists, and database hygiene for improved deliverability and performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, design, and content to improve open rates, CTRs, and conversions.
  • Track campaign performance using HubSpot dashboards, and share actionable insights and recommendations with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure all email campaigns adhere to compliance standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and Rentvine’s brand voice.
  • Maintain a detailed email marketing calendar in alignment with company initiatives, product releases, and promotional efforts.
  • Work closely with Revenue Operations to ensure CRM alignment and clean data flow between marketing and sales pipelines.
  • Stay current with email marketing trends, HubSpot capabilities, and emerging best practices to continually improve Rentvine’s communication strategy.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in email marketing, marketing automation, or digital marketing roles.
  • Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (certifications are a plus).
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, lead scoring, automation workflows, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience collaborating with Demand Generation or Growth Marketing teams to drive leads and optimize conversion funnels.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign performance data.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and copywriting skills with a focus on audience engagement.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email formatting.
  • SaaS or B2B marketing experience is strongly preferred.

Compensation

The salary range for this role has been established at $60,000 - $80,000 annually. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, skills, prior work experience, competencies, and geographic work location.
