About the role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy team member to join our web support team. In this role, you'll provide efficient and high-quality customer support by managing client website updates through our support system (HubSpot). Responsibilities include performing basic content changes, troubleshooting and resolving website issues, identifying and solving coding-related problems, and thinking creatively to support client needs—while maintaining the integrity and functionality of their websites.

While we offer training for many of our tools and services, a solid foundation in HTML and CSS is a must.

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skills and abilities:
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a technical support role.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and Liquid code.
  • Solid understanding of DNS configurations, syntax, and related terminology.
  • Ability to adhere to existing website coding standards, including maintaining ADA compliance.
  • Eagerness to learn and work with our suite of platforms/products, including NestHub, LiveChat, Grade.Us, CallRail, Agency Analytics, AHREFs, and SEMRush. Prior experience with any of these tools is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in addressing client issues related to website functionality, data feeds, SEO (specific to the Property Management Industry), and overall client experience improvement.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to effectively communicate and escalate unresolved issues within the team.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide top-tier customer support to clients via email and phone.

A plus if you:

  • Previous experience using HubSpot is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Property Management Industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of hyper-local SEO strategies and implementation.
