About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Revenue Operations (RevOps) Analyst with hands-on experience in HubSpot CRM to join our growing team. This role will support alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success by supporting processes, optimizing systems, and turning data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth.

What you'll do

  • HubSpot Administration & Optimization
    • Support day-to-day management of HubSpot, including workflows, properties, pipelines, scoring, reporting, and automation.
    • Be part of a ticketing process, fielding RevOps requests from Individual Contributors across the GTM organization for multiple business units (Marketing Managers, Event coordinators, SDRs, AEs, Onboarding, Support, AM’s)  
    • Support integrations between HubSpot and other key tools (e.g., Gong, ZoomInfo, 6sense).

  • Revenue Process & Data Management
    • Support end-to-end revenue processes across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
    • Ensure accurate reporting of funnel metrics, pipeline health, conversion rates, and customer lifecycle data.
    • Manage data hygiene initiatives, including deduplication, enrichment, and segmentation.

  • Analytics & Insights
    • Build dashboards and reports in HubSpot to provide actionable insights to leadership. 
    • Audit and improve data quality, consistency, and adoption across teams.
    • Deliver data-driven recommendations that improve operational efficiency.

  • Enablement & Cross-Team Alignment
    • Support GTM teams with HubSpot training, documentation, and best practices.
    • Serve as the point of contact for troubleshooting HubSpot and related GTM system issues.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations
  • Strong HubSpot CRM administration experience (HubSpot certifications a plus).
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working cross-functionally.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
